CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required at booking to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless your appointment is completed or a late cancellation/no-show fee applies. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge and must be rebooked within 30 days. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full service amount being charged to the card on file. Cancellations Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not be charged. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full service amount being charged to the card on file. Mobile Appointments Once your artist is en route, your appointment is subject to the full service charge. If we’re unable to access your location or reach you within 10 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full service amount will be charged to the card on file. We understand life happens! Please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency arises, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when we can.
